How Does Our Professionally 24/7 Monitored App Work?
Step 1
Yoursafe SOS alert activated
User carries their mobile with app activation button. When a User activates the SOS or a User Escort expires, the mobile device sends an alarm to the Monitoring Centre.
Step 2
Platform receives alert and location is
reported via 4G network
On activation of SOS or expiry of an active Escort (Check – In), the User location is tracked and monitored via GPS and coordinates sent to the monitoring platform. SMS notifications will be automatically
be sent to all nominated emergency contacts.
Step 3
Operator contacts user to determine what assistance is required
Within seconds of the SOS activation an operator will take action by connecting to the Users mobile phone
and making voice contact with them.
Step 4
Action is taken based on the users pre – determined emergency response plan
Pre-Determined response instructions that have been approved by the User’s Organisation are recorded in the User Account, including pre-selected Emergency Contacts, to ensure that the correct process is followed.
Step 5
Assistance is sent and contacts notified if required
Our standard response instructions are:
• Contact the user and establish a 2-way voice call. If no response from user, the Operator will listen-in to assess for any sign of duress.
• If threat is present – operator will escalate to emergency services.
• If threat is unable to be established – operator will escalate to Emergency Contacts for further instructions.
• This cycle is completed twice.
How Our 24/7 Monitoring Works

- When a User activates the SOS or an active Check-In, the mobile device sends an alarm to the Monitoring Centre and within seconds an operator will take action by connecting to the Users mobile phone and making voice contact with them.
